Nitron has stated they will work with USDM knuckles and have sold this kit to USDM cars, but we ourselves have been unable to confirm. Do also note: This is not a divorced set up (Shock and spring separate) as is standard on the Honda Civic. A divorced kit may be offered, but should you want a divorced kit, please contact us after ordering.
